Community Support Worker

I’ve been with the Roads Program for over 13 years now, and my role is a bit of a split—I work part-time in marketing and communications and part-time as a Community Support Worker. It’s a great mix, and I love being involved both behind the scenes and on the floor.

On the marketing side, I help tell our story—whether through paid advertising, video creation, or special events. It’s rewarding to capture the energy and heart of the program and share it with the wider community. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling. Exploring new places and cultures is a big passion of mine, and I bring that curiosity into everything I do. Being part of Roads has been a great adventure in itself, and I’m proud to be part of the team.
