Full-Time Positions

Full-time staff work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, supporting our participants through their daily activities, community outings, and personal growth. Full-time roles include access to benefits and are ideal for those seeking a long-term, rewarding career in community inclusion.

On-Call Positions

On-call (casual) team members provide flexible coverage when regular staff are away. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience, maintain a flexible schedule, or grow into a full-time position over time.

What We Expect from Our Staff

• First-Aid certification required for all members of our team

• Experience a must, in the field of community inclusion

• A commitment to person-centered support

• Respectful, inclusive, and professional conduct

• Reliable attendance and strong communication

• A valid class 5 driver’s license required for full-time staff with a clear driver’s abstract

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate as part of a team

• No criminal record – proof required to work in our program

• A genuine desire to build connections and create a safe, enriching environment for all
