What We Do
At Community Inclusion Development Inc. (CIDA), we are dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to thrive within their community. Through our Roads Program, we create opportunities for personal growth, skill development, and meaningful connections. We focus on providing inclusive, supportive environments that nurture independence and build confidence, allowing each person to reach their fullest potential.
Our programs are designed to support participants in developing life skills, fostering social relationships, and engaging with their community. From recreational activities to practical skill-building, we tailor our approach to meet individual needs and aspirations.
About Our Participants
Our participants come from all walks of life and bring with them unique abilities, strengths, and perspectives. They are adults living with developmental disabilities who are eager to build meaningful connections, develop new skills, and engage in their community.
We believe that every participant has the potential to grow and thrive when given the right support and encouragement. Our goal is to create an environment where they feel valued, respected, and empowered to take part in a wide range of activities, both within our program and out in the community.
Our participants are the heart of our program, and their enthusiasm and determination inspire us everyday. We are honoured to walk alongside them on their journey to greater independence and community integration.
