Mandy Nicolls

Community Support Worker

Mandy has been with the Roads Program since 2011 and is one of our senior staff members. She also serves as union shop steward, advocating for her coworkers with dedication and care. Her presence, team spirit, and years of experience make her a steady and valued part of the team.

Mandy leads our drama program with creativity and heart, helping participants step into the spotlight, build confidence, and have fun while expressing themselves. Whether it's rehearsal time or show day, she brings patience, laughter, and a whole lot of encouragement.

Mandy’s family has deep roots in the community, and she’s spent much of her life in support roles—naturally connecting with others and offering a steady hand when it’s needed most.

Outside of work, she enjoys local arts, and spending time with her close-knit family. Her commitment to care runs deep, and it shows in everything she brings to the Roads Program.
